Mudjacking
Concrete that has settled can create an unsightly or unsafe condition. The mudjacking process includes drilling several small holes through the existing concrete and pumping a cement grout beneath the slab, returning the slab to its original elevation. Virtually any concrete flatwork that has settled can be raised effectively for a much lower cost than replacement. Sidewalks, patios, driveways, garage floors, pool decks, interior slabs, factory floors, runways and roadways have all been raised successfully.
Pressure Grouting
Using flowable fills and various grout mixtures, we can fill voids from 1/16" where slabs have to curled to retired pipelines and vaulted sidewalks that require hundreds of cubic yards of grout.
Permeation Grouting
Whether excavating for a foundation or augering for a new sewer line, collapsing loose soils can wreak havoc on a project. Some soils can be stabilized in advance with very flowable grouts. For example, a flowable grout can be pumped in sandy soils or fills. When the grout cures, the entire working area becomes a solid mass rather than an excavation nightmare. Permeation grouting can also be used to solidify unstable soils and fills under existing structures and pavements.
Patching, Sealing, Caulking
We are expert in the use of specially modified cements, epoxies, and urethanes where patching, sealing or caulking of concrete is required.
Removal and Replacement
Certain concrete projects are not good candidates for repair or restoration. If repairs are not practical or likely to be successful, we are pleased to remove and replace concrete as well. We replace driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage & basement floors, stoops, curb & gutter, and more.
Decorative Concrete
Our decorative installers specialize in stamped concrete and exposed aggregate surfaces. We offer hundreds of combinations of color and texture.
Snow Removal
During the winter months, our personnel provide snow plowing, salting, and shoveling services to many of our clients.
